Add Microsoft Teams Device (Direct Routing)

The Microsoft Teams Subscriber Notifications Service enables Live Platform to retrieve Call Data Records for Microsoft Teams Calls made by M365 tenant users. This connection is established by creating an Azure application on the customer Azure tenant. You then extract the Directory (tenant) ID and the Client (application) from the registration and configure them in the Onboarding wizard. When the customer service is created, a Teams device is added on Live Platform. This connection requires the Live Platform server Public IP address to be accessible from the Global Internet and on the other side, the Live Platform server should have access to the Global Internet.

This feature supports a single Teams connection for each Azure tenant for the Direct Routing service only.

Do the following:

Register Microsoft Teams Application
Configure Microsoft Graph API Permissions
Step 3 Define OVOC FQDN and Loading Certificate
Configure Credentials in Service Portal
For the Operator Connect Service Type, Teams call data is retrieved from the SBC CDR reports that are sent to Live Platform including the matching tenant ID of the onboarded customer.
The Client (application) ID and Client Secret are required to establish the connection to this service. These values must be configured during the Onboarding process (see Onboarding with Hosted Essentials + or Onboarding with Hosted Pro).
